Please use the following information to identify how you can contact us.

Countrywide Assured plc now administers policies that were originally issued by three different Companies, and you will need to get in touch with the correct administration centre to enable us to help you with your query.

Please select who your policy was originally issued by:

Countrywide Assured, including Premium Life (PL)

  • If your policy number has six digits followed by one letter e.g.123456A, you can call our Customer Helpline FREE on 0800 262 536 (Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.).
  • Alternatively, if you have a five or six digit number followed by a six digit number e.g. 12345/724001, you can call our Customer Helpline FREE on 0800 414 111 (Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. – 5.00 p.m.).

IMPORTANT:

The information you send to Countrywide Assured is encrypted which means that your details will be transmitted to us securely. However, information transmitted from Countrywide Assured to your e-mail address cannot be transmitted securely.

For this reason we will not transmit your private or confidential information to you by e-mail.

Countrywide Assured – Save & Prosper (S&P)

  • If your policy number has a prefix of two letters followed by seven digits and a suffix of between one and three letters you can call our Customer Services number, 0345 3000 144. Our telephone lines are open between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, and are recorded to ensure compliance with our legal and regulatory obligations and internal policies.

If your policy number is in any of the following formats then you should use the contact details below.

  • Two zeros followed by five digits e.g. 0012345
  • One zero followed by six digits e.g. 0123456
  • Two letters, four digits and one letter e.g. AB1234C
  • Three digits, six digits, two digits e.g. 212-345678-90
