As an insurer and provider of financial products, thinking about the long term comes naturally to us and is key to our success. Meeting our sustainability goals means making forward-looking decisions in the interests of all our stakeholders, including our customers, policyholders, investors, regulators, the planet and its natural resources.
Becoming a sustainable business is important to us. Our Annual Sustainability Report explains our commitments and targets and details some of the work that we’ve been doing.
Our principles are: Do no harm. Do good. Act now for later.
On this basis we’re working to put sustainability at the heart of everything we do and although we’re not there yet, our plans demonstrate our commitment.
