Transfer of the Chesnara Life Entity (Chesnara Life) into Countrywide Assured plc (Countrywide Assured)
Chesnara Life and Countrywide Assured have applied to the High Court of Justice of England and Wales (Court) for permission to transfer the Chesnara Life Entity into Countrywide Assured, using a scheme under Part VII of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. Subject to approval by the Court, it is expected that the transfer will take place on 31 May 2027.
