TRANSFER OF CERTAIN LONG-TERM INSURANCE BUSINESS FROM CANADA LIFE LIMITED (CANADA LIFE) TO COUNTRYWIDE ASSURED PLC (COUNTRYWIDE ASSURED)

The Canada Life Individual Protection book was transferred to Countrywide Assured on 23 February 2025, using the Court approved scheme under Part VII of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
