Transfer of CASLP

Transfer of CASLP Ltd business to Countrywide Assured plc

The business of CASLP (including all CASLP policies) was transferred to Countrywide Assured on 31 December 2023, using the Court approved scheme under Part VII of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000.
